The Neighbourhood of Newtonbrook is a great place to live!! It is just north of Finch but South of Steeles. Running East and West from Dufferin to Bayview.
You can drive anywhere in Newtonbrook and see that the streets are filled with original bungalows (most of them very well maintained by the second owner of the home), and next door to that bungalow or across the street is a brand new custom built home! The lot sizes in Newtonbrook are usually around 50 x 130 (some double in frontage), which is a good chunk of land so close to the city. There is also a significant amount of Korean, Russian, Jewish, and Iranian families in the area.
Because of this, there are lots of schools for all different backgrounds and learning curriculums.
